Terms of Service

If at anytime these terms are unacceptable to you it will be necessary for YOU to cancel your PerpetualHits.com payment subscription.

Your account will be deleted immeditely upon receipt of subscription cancellation.

This Membership Agreement is a binding agreement between you the member, PerpetualHits.com

Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a subscription for services implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.

Privacy Policy

PerpetualHits.com is committed to protecting your privacy. Information obtained about you for the purpose of creating your PerpetualHits.com membership(s) shall be used only for the purpose of maintaining and updating your membership(s), as well as direct email contact from PerpetualHits.com. We will never sell, rent, or lease your membership profile.

Terms of Membership

Direct reference of ANY domain owned or hosted by PerpetualHits.com in ANY email is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

This includes, but is not limited to, your PerpetualHits.com affiliate URL, PerpetualHits.com

You will need to utilize a redirection service for this purpose. The redirection services listed below are free services. No endorsement on behalf of PerpetualHits.com is expressed or implied.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) will not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority. SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result in loss of your PerpetualHits.com account(s) and referral commissions due,without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by PerpetualHits.com for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The consequences of this type of marketing can cause substantial damage for all parties involved.

As a member, you agree to receive discount offers, promotions and informative updates from PerpetualHits.com to all email addresses on record.

The PerpetualHits.com Presidential, Elite and Premier Program is a paid membership only. The member is charged a pre-determined monthly fee to maintain membership. Your membership fees will never increase as long as you maintain an active subscription.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and payment of any subscription(s) to PerpetualHits.com created by you or your representatives. We do not create or maintain member subscriptions to our services. Only those who have access to your online banking account(s) may do so.

Cancellation of your subscription(s) will result in the immediate termination of all related accounts, regardless of the last successful payment date or commissions earned. PerpetualHits.com shall not be held responsible for services and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

In the event of a failed payment request for membership fees, your account will be re-billed one time, three days following the payment failure. Upon the second failed payment request in any given billing cycle, any related PerpetualHits.com accounts and subscriptions will be terminated, without recourse on your part.

Sites containing or with links to hate, discriminatory or illegal content, pornography or warez are not allowed or tolerated.

Only one account per user or IP address is permitted.

A MAXIMUM of ONE POP-UP is permitted per website.

No autoresponders, period! Do not use an email account with an autoresponder. One autoresponse message from your account is grounds for account deletion.

Account termination due to any perceived violation of these Terms of Service or any other related terms set forth by PerpetualHits.com is done so without recourse or retribution on the offending members behalf.
